THREE SOLUTIONS · THREE PRICE POINTS
Quickly estimate where your project stands.
The amounts below are intentionally indicative. They give you an initial price range before we prepare a quotation tailored to your space and your objectives.
Matterport Virtual Tour
A minimum project fee applies to small spaces. For larger projects, surface area is one of the main factors used to calculate the quotation.
- Matterport Pro2 capture
- Creation of the immersive tour
- Access and sharing via link
3D Virtual Tour from a 2D Floor Plan
To visualise a future fit-out, renovation or project before it is built.
Google Street View
To showcase your business in 360° directly within the Google ecosystem.
Each quotation is based on the actual scope of the project, so you know the cost of the service before any work begins.
MATTERPORT VIRTUAL TOUR
Pricing mainly based on the surface area and configuration of the site.
To help you estimate your project, Mat4luX uses two reference points: a minimum project fee for smaller spaces and an indicative price per m² for larger projects.
This minimum fee covers preparation, local travel, on-site capture and creation of the tour, including for small spaces.
then according to the size and scope of the project
This guide helps estimate larger spaces. It is not an automatic rate: the configuration of the site and the requested services are still taken into account.
Key point: we do not calculate your quotation simply by multiplying the surface area by a price per m². These amounts are primarily intended to give you an initial order of magnitude.
From on-site capture to a tour ready to view.
Scanning of the accessible areas defined within the agreed scope of work.
Processing and assembly of the scan data to create a navigable Matterport environment.
Your tour can be shared directly with clients, colleagues or partners.
The tour can be embedded in a web page using the link or embed code provided.
3D VIRTUAL TOUR FROM A 2D FLOOR PLAN
The price mainly depends on what needs to be created.
Unlike scanning an existing space, this service requires us to recreate virtually a project that does not yet exist or is due to be transformed.
An initial price point for a project of limited size and complexity. The quotation is then adjusted according to the required level of modelling.
Four factors mainly determine the amount of modelling work required.
The more rooms, floors or distinct areas the project contains, the greater the modelling workload.
A simple representation of the volumes requires less work than an environment containing numerous architectural features, equipment or specific details.
The number of elements to integrate, as well as finishes, textures and fit-out choices, directly affect the time required to create the model.
A clear, dimensioned floor plan accompanied by the necessary information makes it possible to define the project scope precisely and limit interpretation during modelling.
2D floor plan, dimensions, photos, inspiration, materials or fit-out elements: we review the available information and tell you what may still need to be clarified before starting.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR QUOTATION
The price depends on the actual work required.
Our indicative prices provide an initial reference point. The final quotation then takes into account the specific characteristics of your space and the deliverables you need.
Four factors can influence the service.
Surface area, number of floors, number of spaces and the overall complexity of the site or project.
The travel distance and organisation required to access the site are taken into account.
Options, additional documents and specific requirements can change the scope of the project.
Access constraints, site preparation, scheduling or work across multiple sites.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A few answers before requesting your quote.
Our prices are intentionally presented as guide prices. Here is how to interpret them and what we take into account when establishing the final price for your project.
01 Are the prices shown excluding or including VAT?
All prices shown on this page exclude VAT. The quotation specifies the amount excluding VAT, the applicable taxes and the total amount for your project.
02 Why does a Matterport tour start at €190 excl. VAT if the guide price is €2.30 excl. VAT/m²?
The €190 excl. VAT amount is the minimum project fee. It covers preparation, the on-site visit, capture and creation of the tour, even for a small space. The per-m² guide becomes more relevant when estimating larger projects.
03 Why doesn’t a 3D tour from a floor plan have a fixed price per m²?
Two projects with the same surface area can require very different amounts of work. The level of detail, furniture, materials, complexity of the spaces and quality of the documents provided all directly affect the modelling time.
04 What is included in the Google Street View price starting from €290 excl. VAT?
This guide price applies to a small business location with a clearly defined scope. The service includes 360° capture, preparation and publication of the panoramas within the Google environment. The price varies in particular according to the size of the premises and the number of areas to photograph.
05 Can travel costs affect the price?
Yes. The project location is one of the factors taken into account when preparing the quotation. If specific travel costs are required, they are clearly stated in the proposal before you approve it.
06 Can additional options or deliverables be added?
Yes. Depending on the service, additional items can be considered: schematic floor plans, specific requirements, multi-site projects or other deliverables defined with you. They are listed separately in the quotation when required.
07 How can I get the exact price for my project?
Send us the key information about your project: type of service, location, approximate surface area and objective. For a 3D tour from a floor plan, you can also send us the documents you already have. We can then clarify the scope and prepare a tailored estimate.
